For many musicians, the only thing better than making music is doing it with other people. Music production is often a collaborative experience, whether it's an artist working with a producer or a band getting together to come up with new tunes. Simple concepts have the potential to really grow and develop when creativity is being fueled by an exchange of ideas. But maybe most importantly, collaborating is just fun.
Audigo wants to make that creative exchange (and the fun) as seamless as possible, and to limit the challenges of distance and technology so they don’t get in the way of a good song. Today we’ve released a new app update, and with it, the ability to collaborate no matter where you are. With just the Audigo app and mic, you can share projects quickly and easily so everyone can take turns recording.
Just go to Project Details, tap Invite Collaborators and enter the email address of another Audigo user. The project will show up in their app and they’ll be able to record new tracks, add effects, adjust the mix, or export the project. And if it's an audio only project, they can record a video.
Don’t know another Audigo user yet? No worries. We’ve set up accounts for Audigo team members to help give you a taste of collaboration. Just add one of the below accounts to a project and we’ll get you started.
