As our app releases continue to include more new features, we decided we needed a place to let our customers know more of the details on each release than can be communicated in the app store. So here you go!

What’s New:
Multitrack “punch in” now lets you start recording additional tracks at any point in a project. In Record mode, just swipe the existing waveform to set the playhead to where you want to start, then tap the Record button. You can also start the recording during playback. If you add video to a project, all audio tracks will be trimmed to the length of the video.
The new playback experience for both audio and video now includes scrubbing as well as uninterrupted play across Record and Edit modes. And playback has been updated to support Play/Pause so you can continue where you left off.
We’ve enhanced the recording workflow with prompts for importing tracks to record along with (imported tracks need to be in the project before recording any new tracks) and to remind you to soundcheck before recording.
The mic view in Record mode has been streamlined to show continuous level monitoring and abattery charge percentage indicator, as well as connection status.
